It's tough to list everything...
The list of features is growing! Our loyal customers determine what features
get implemented. If you have a feature idea...be sure to
let us know.
Increase productivity
Developing a formalized and consistent follow-up process increases
productivity - the days of digging through post-it-notes,
paging through yellow pads or simply trying to remember who to contact are over.
Browse thousands of ideas
We encourage our users to help each other - they do this by submitting productivity
ideas - we organize thousands of ideas by category. Whether your interested in
learning how to market your website, how to write a catchy add, how often you should
follow-up with your clients and anything else you can think of - we have an idea.
Close more deals
Prospecting, following-up and closing deals just got easier.
If more people know what you sell, how you sell it and
how they can get it - you'll sell more of it. Our tools help you develop and
maintain consistent follow-up plans and practices.
Organize contacts
Sounds easy - it's not. If your anything like us, you have (we had) contact information spread all-over
the place. In our mobile phones, in our computers, our cars, our little-black-books - it was crazy. It's one
thing to be unorganized, it's another thing altogether to be unorganized and unprofessional. Manage all your
contacts from one simple (but powerful) screen.
Turn leads into prospects
Reaction time, reaction time, reaction time! If you meet a new prospect it's imperative
that you follow-up and let them know what you sell - you never know who's going to be in the market
and when. You may already do this...but...do you do it consistently? Do you send "nice to meet you"
emails or letters? Do you follow-up on the initial contact? Many do, most do not! If your not sure
who does, find the top producers in your organization or industry - they follow-up - consistently.
Manage your own CRM
Customer relationship management (CRM) is a buzz-word these days. What the heck is it? It's a fancy term for
taking care of your customers in a planned and organized way. In todays marketplace your customers expect
you to have "their information" at a moments notice - do you? There are many expensive soltutions on
the market (think Oracle) that offer tremendous power to those that can afford it. Yieldrm offers
many of the same features in a byte-size package (not a typo..were computer geeks) suitable to 90% of
small businesses and individuals. We are not trying to help UPS, FedEx or Coca-Cola - giant companies, we
are trying to help small businesses and independents compete with the giant compaines!
Customize follow-up
Different leads, prospects and clients need different types of follow-up. For some, a simple birthday or
anniversary call is enough, for others a series of calls, letters and emails is required. Contacts in your
database each have follow-up plans specifically designed for them. Our tools make scheduling follow-up a snap
then make it easy to accomplish. You may be suprised at the number of customers that will comment about how
organized you are when you drop that 'suprise' call or mail them an anniversary note - this is good.
Print professional letters
If you don't know how to use a word processor - don't fear! Word processors work well (after you buy the software)
but do have one major limitation - they don't know your customers. Our web-based solution allows
you to create printed letters in a simple yet professional manner. Mail merge, no problem.
You can easily create then print a few dozen or a few
hundred mail-merged letters in about the time it takes to figure out how to get Microsoft Word to understand
what you are trying to do (kidding, kind-of).
Send professional email
Ok, you still use Microsoft Word to type letters (your not alone), but, it's time to send your letter
via email - things change dramatically. Most word processor software programs don't have any idea
how to send the letter you just typed to your list of customers via email. If your like many, you get around this
by copying and pasting your entire address book into an emails CC line (carbon copy), then you send
your message to your address book (that you keep in your email software). The problem is, you just
disclosed the email address of all your recipients to everyone that received the message (there are ways
around this but consider how many emails you get where you are in the CC line). Do not do this,
it is unprofessional, bad for business and possibly against the law (depending on the type of business you are in).
Our system helps you prevent these types of problems.
Team-up with co-workers
When you our system you can add as many users as you want. When you add users they will get all the
same powerful features you get (you can limit their privileges). This is very powerful for people that
share leads, clients, customer records and other information. If your a sales manager you can help
your staff close more deals simply becuase you can easily see what clients they are working with. The
multi-user features are very popular (for good reason) among our office-type users.
Stay SPAM-LAW compliant
Do you know the law about sending SPAM? We do. We are suprised often at how many small
businesses we hear of that have no idea that they are breaking the law when they (or their employees)
send "simple emails" to customers. Let
us show you how easy it is to comply with the law and eliminate the risk of embarrassing your organization.
It's been estimated that 50% of all business related email is sent to people that don't want it!
Manage an Opt-Out policy
Our software will not allow you to send an email to somebody that has "opted out" and it helps you
control an opt-out management process. Organizations that do not honor opt-out requests (or don't even
give their customers a way to opt out) are taking larger risks than they may realize - it doesn't have to
be that difficult.
Professionalize your image
Are you a professional? Do you stand out in a crowd of competitors? Chances are good that you are not the
only one in your industry - success demands that you seperate yourself from your competition. Improving your
follow-up process with your clients and customers is a good start. We want to help you be the person that
"never forgets a birthday note."
Safeguard client data
If you have ever lost important information to a computer failure you won't have
any trouble understanding how important this is. If your computer has not failed recently - get ready - it will soon.
It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. When your PC decides it's had enough - don't get caught
with your hands tied because your client information went with it to the graveyard. Our customers
have peace of mind knowing that their information is safe (and secure) with us and when their computer does
crash, their important customer information is only a few clicks away.
Tons and tons of information is moving online in our rapidly changing world, we
urge you to start moving important business information online for safekeeping - you will be glad you did.
